My wife was unwell and we sent a triage request online. On the same day we were contacted by her named GP and she was then seen the next day. The appointment was carried out in both a caring and professional way which was most helpful. Excellent service which is much appreciated. Thank you. | ||||||

I have never had a problem with the service Chelston Hall provide. I have been with this practice for 14 yes and the staff and Drs have been nothing but helpful and caring. I think that some people need to understand that Covid has caused many problems such as staff shortages and the availability of Drs also face to face appointments have been nigh on impossible therefore resulting in zoom or telephone consultations. Reception staff have been very stretched and not all patients remember this when taking their frustrations out on their first point of contact when the phone is picked up. So many negative reviews which I think are very demoralising for the staff and Drs. | ||||||

This practice is terrible very rude reception staff who really should not be in a public facing job. I spent over an hour on the telephone in a queue to get through just to be told that I had to call back and press a different number Even though I’d already explained that I’d tried to press that option number but it didn’t put me through and she then said yes probably because there were to many people in it so it didn’t work. So what do they expect us to do !! Trying to get through on the phone is a challenge trying to get a doctors appointment is almost impossible. They have become to large and really do not care about patients at all. I do understand how they are allowed to take on all these extra patients when they do not have the capacity to look after them. It seems they only care about the money they receive for each patient on their registration and it’s purely about profit before patient care. | ||||||
