I've been really impressed with this surgery since moving from a GP in Chepstow. I can get appointments easily (which almost always run on time), the reception staff are helpful and doctors good. Would recommend. | ||||||

Lately it is very difficult getting any appointment either with doctor or nurse. The senior nurse is on long term sickness, there is usually only one doctor available. Some team members are unhelpful, i have found some doctors really rude in their manner, as if I shouldn't be visiting the surgery.Severn banks surgery is not as efficient as it was a year ago, there never seems to be many team members available | ||||||

I have never experienced any problem with getting an appointment at this practice and would definitely recommend them to a new patient | ||||||
