As i am a worker I was pleased to see I could a doctor or a nurse later than I expected on certain days of the week. This is helpful as I am not always able to get back in time for a daytime appointment. Long may this continue! Well done! |

I am invited in for an appointment every year to check on my chronic conditions. I am taking multiple medications for my asthma and copd as well as diabetes. I see nurses who are very well trained and I am very confident with the advice they give and how they help me manage my conditions at home. If I need to see a doctor in an emergency I am always given an appointment. The excellent service cannot be faulted. Receptionists are always helpful and don't deserve all the bad press they get. |

To get anything you need in this surgery is traumatic. If you call for appointments on the day you are quizzed as to whether you're important enough for one.
I have chronic eczema and asthma and am always treated as if it's nothing. Instead of issuing further moisturiser they waste time with doctors phone calls and because I missed the call back I'm supposed to wait over a week without my prescribed medication.
Horrible staff, inconvenient practice. Reply from Forest Health Care Sun, 12 Nov 2017 18:30:31 Z This practice does aim to provide high quality care and I am really sorry that you feel we haven't looked after you very well. Please arrange to come and talk to me about your experience when you have time and I hope that we can improve on your care in future. Sally Charlton Practice Manager |
