My very elderly mother(89) was taken ill whilst she was staying with me over Christmas. Although not registered with the practice she was given the highest level of care.From my first contact with the surgery the response was exemplary. This included two telephone calls from the duty doctor, careful assessment of her medications and excellent advice. This was followed by a home visit in difficult weather conditions. This doctor took great care to examine her and assess her. I cannot praise the surgery enough for the help and care we received and the wonderful attitude of all the staff. | ||||||

After having a very unwell year..I spoke with my doctor who was very understanding and helpful, I am having monthly appointments at present until I feel myself again, but without my doctors help I would most definitely not be in a good place. Thank you Stow surgery for being a great practice. | ||||||

Our experiences with Stow surgery have always been hugely commendable. Yes, it would be even better to be able to make face to face appointments now but hopefully, that will be happening again very soon, now that the risk of covid has considerably diminished! | ||||||
