Have been with this surgery for about 27 years. During that time have always been treated with great care and dignity. Always able to get an appointment when needed to see a doctor. Would be devastated if I ever had to leave. |

We moved just over 2 tears ago from a practice between Ross and Hereford very reluctantly as they had given outstanding care, From registration forward the care offered by the doctors, nurses, pharmacy team and receptionists has been exceptional in every aspect of treatment, follow up and courtesy. We are delighted to have found such an excellent GP practice. This is the total opposite of the frequent experiences of many of our friends at practices in other areas. A big thank you to everyone in Mitcheldean Surgery. |

Due to her dementia, my Mum has recently moved from Yorkshire to a local care home (Longhope). The care and professionalism from the Doctors at Mitcheldean Surgery has been exemplary. Mum's health (accentuated by her mood swings and dementia symptoms) is not good. The Dr's treatment of Mum, particularly in recent weeks when fighting an infection, is delivered with care and compassion. I appreciate the unfailing attempts to make Mum comfortable and the communication with myself as main family member. Following the advice of the doctor recently, I was able to assist in getting Mum to drink and take fluids when she was very poorly. With the constant care provided by the team at Mitcheldean my Mum is in very good hands. I and my family are very grateful. |
