My needs have always been addressed in a holistic manner and medication prescribed only when effective and necessary. One Dr in particular has helped me through a hard time and is honest and caring in his approach. Practice nurses also excellent during blood tests which I don't like having! | ||||||

We were told when they moved the service ie phones being answered would be better, joke 32 minutes on hold today 2.20 till 2.53 and still held waiting for the call in front to end and wait and wait I had to hang up as I had to pay for my weekly shop.
Surely in this day and age people can multi task and answer a phone i know people will say there busy we all are, | ||||||

Over the last year or so, they have introduced a progressively more complicated booking process which makes it very difficult to see a doctor, even outside of the Winter peak period. It puts you off actually trying to make an appointment and that is just plain WRONG.
My own nominated doctor disappeared some time ago (emigrating to Canada) and I have never been advised who is his official replacement. As a result of the appointment process, the service is very poor indeed and is made worse by some of the locums not inspiring confidence. I have managed to see a bewildering array of doctors over the years and few seem to stay there very long. The nursing staff are good but I can't see the practice surviving that long, especially the one in Wedmore.
Me, I'm looking to go to the GP practice in Cheddar, which I hear is better. | ||||||
