Came in for my yearly health check yesterday, and what a wonderful experience, I believe the person I saw was David, all I can say is what a brilliant addition to your practice, hope he gets to see this review and how much I appreciated my appointment, thank you so much for all your help, from a very satisfied patient Hazel Timbrell. |

i explained that I had several bad experiences in the past and that I would struggle to get into posistion yet I was skef to get on a small couch that was up against the wall and was very difficult to get into posistion I think is someone is trained to do this that the patient should be afforded comfort and dignity what is it in this country where the attitude of some staff is just so rude and obnoxious that you actually fear seeking treatment it’s time to shake this whole system up get rid of the dead wood strain some proper staff and make all medical staff personally responsible for patients welfare if and when they are failed pretty much as it would be in any other country |

Disappointing experience. Just rung to book my cervical screening appointment at Vine Surgery, Street, no appointments until May and told can’t even book one for then.
I know the surgery probably don’t have enough staff but all you hear in the media is don’t put off booking your cervical screening and to be told you can’t have an appointment any time soon seems a failing in the system some where.
I have no issue in attending for screening but what if I was someone who had taken weeks or months to pick up the phone to make the appointment only to receive that kind of message. That could be just another reason for someone not to get themselves screened. #CervicalScreeningSavesLives
