The doctors hers are wonderful..I never feel as if they are rushing me and they actually care. The rest of the staff are always helpful and friendly. | ||||||

Prescriptions have always been where they should be for collection and each time I have had the need to contact the Practice the receptionists are helpful and have been able to give a convenient appointment. Thank you. | ||||||

Polden Hills surgery is appalling, no one answers the phone. I called yesterday (12th Aug 2019) and was on hold for 16 minutes before reception answered.
I called again today (13th Aug 2019) and call was left unanswered for 34 mins. When reception do finally answer you're made to feel like an inconvenience rather than a patient. For a surgery with just 9,467 registered patients, 5 admin staff and 10 receptionist (listed on NHS.co.uk) this level of service is disgusting. If you're looking to register with a GP please avoid this practice altogether. | ||||||
