I have been a patient at Hillview for 8 years and have always found it an excellent surgery . All receptionists , nurses pharmacists and Dr's are friendly. Dr Giles is my preferred gp she is understanding. Iv not had trouble getting an appointment. Only downside is the parking very small car park. | ||||||

This may be one of the worst practices in Redditch, not only from my experience but from other family and friends experience's here. The irony that the first thing you here when you ring is a long message about the 'positive achievements and steps' they have put in place when actually they are anything but! You can only get phone appointments no matter how ill you are, these appointments are not even with a doctor sometimes or with temporary staff who clearly don't read your notes. I have been ill and started to get worse, I had phoned the doctors repeatedly and kept getting passed around or blown off, until I collapsed at home and was rushed to hospital in critical condition, I ended up in hospital after nearly dying because my doctors had not picked up on my condition. I understand COVID has created problems and challenges in the NHS, but Hillview's treatment is equally dangerous. I am not the only one whose health got to crisis point because of this surgery's handling of patients, or should I say lack of handling. | ||||||
