Doctor not turned up, sat in waiting room for half hour. Later date, sat in waiting room for half hour,walked out leaving instruction for doctor to call,she did and told me she had missed to log me on her computer. Appointments promised and not made as informed by reception this morning. Thanks for nothing. |

Doctor failed to turn up, had 10am appointment and sat in waiting room for half an hour to be told. The surgery is open at 8am. Rearranged appointment, sat in waiting room for half an hour to be told that the doctor missed to put me on the computer, another morning wasted. Rang this morning to enquire about appointments with others but was told that they hadn’t actually been made. |
