I called with chest pains. The receptionist took my details as she wanted to check what to do with the doctor. Five minutes later I had a call back from the doctor who immediately called the local A&E to speak with the registrar. He emailed me a letter of introduction and I was dealt with immediately via A&E. excellent service and follow up. Genuine care. |

today my father rang the gp as hes had very bad back pain to the point hes rolling around on the floor unmedicated. Hes been in pain for a few weeks. Today we as a family tried to convince him to get to the doctors the lady on the phone was aprupt and didn't even ask what the problem was. Her reply was we haven't got a appointment for a few weeks into october. My father was trying to explain what was going on but she wasn't intrested so put the phone down. My father has very low health so getting a appointment isn't usually a problem. The practice has gone down hill and I'm glad I left when I did. He isn't even able to do day to day activities, he is in so much pain, the lady on the phone was rude and not concerned at all in the slightest.... Shame on you.... |

This is a lovely practice which we are very fortunate to have, especially during these difficult times in the NHS.
The doctors, nurses and administration staff are very caring and friendly.
We often take our GP’s for granted, but we should not. We are privileged to have such a good practice in the village and should care about our doctors very much. |
