I feel compelled to write a review on the practice. I have recently moved to the area and experienced a seizure at work. As a result, I have required sick notes and a return to work form. It does take a long time for the phone to be answered, and they are obviously busy on the desk. However, once I get through, the staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. The GPs I’ve spoken to have called back quickly and have been extremely helpful and efficient. I’m very impressed by the practice in general. I am a mental health nurse and therefore very aware of the pressures these services are under. They are doing their best in very difficult times. Keep up the good work! |

It can take some time to get an appointment with a Doctor through the on-line booking, but if you phone the practice the receptionist can usually fit you in sooner. If its straight forward the telephone consult is useful so I don't have the inconvenience of going to the practice. The Doctors and Nurses I have seen have all been friendly and kind and explain the treatment and what will happen next which I find reassuring. My old Doctors surgery did not pick up on the fact that I had been pre-diabetic for about 2 years previously, but Pershore Medical Practice dealt with the issue straight away and put me in touch with the pre-diabetic service. I do feel I have picked a good Doctors Surgery to help me look after my health. |

Deplorable. Now not even answering the phone. Ok on vaccination but they get paid extra for that! Used to be excellent. Every attempt online to use their contact points results in a list of coronvirus rules. |
