The worst surgery I have possibly been the staff on reception don’t care bout anyone they sit there chatting, 3 times the surgery was called half the time there was no answer as I assume there at there dipping session again then by the time you get through my partner on numerous occasions tried to get my baby boy in there as he was suffering with a severe temperature and terrible cough again had no appointments so ended up takin him to A&E to be told he is very poorly with bronchitis and is now on anti biotics this could of been prevented if this practice dealt with this matter before hand now my 3 month daughter has the same issue it has took days to get an appointment been sat in the surgery for 45 minutes not one patient is in there yet they tell you every time they are full I’ve ended up leaving as again the staff just sit there not givin a toss at one point thought my daughter name was cold so made our way to the gp office to be rudely told no it’s not her being seen after I double checked with the biscuit dippers if it was her who was called do not attend this surgery or bring your family here there in no other words. Who turns children away from a surgery . |

Hi I'm new to the surgery.i felt my mental health illness, was not taken seriously, when I spoke to the doctor yesterday, he was saying my OCD was stabilized, even when I said to him I was struggling and not even asking me how it impacts my life each day contamination issues..thats why healthy mind's sent him a email concerning my welfare.and asking to see me the same day which I was denied until the next day.he was rushing me,even though he was 20 minutes late seeing me.over all I was not impressed at all a bit of a joke really.bad practice.and saying healthy minds do refureal to the mental health team.which was not the case.wasted weeks because I was told by the doctor in room 3.i Will see one of the other 2 doctors from now on,,?? ?? ?? because I felt I was not taken seriously enough. |
