I’m sending this message for the attention of the Practice Manager. I want to thank Amanda, receptionist at the practice for her kindness and professionalism during my experience with her on 4th May. I had a bad experience trying to forward photos regarding emails not going through to your address. Amanda was excellent. She had understanding + plus a human touch. Please pass this onto Drs in the practice. I appreciated her manner so much. A huge thank you. Sue Jones. | ||||||

Ruth Rochford Fearn Happy New year to all staff at bridgehouse medical Centre. What a tough old year 2020 was. I have to say I've been blessed with the best medical health care since I moved to Stratford upon Avon 6 yrs ago. So we are now in 2021 still difficult times but the staff at bridgehouse medical have got this. The receptionist are truly amazing everybody is so kind and helpful and we only went into 4th Jan yesterday but things were ticking along as always. Dr Alwood rang when he said he was he was extremely helpful thank you. On the plus side the vaccine arrived and I know some of the Drs are out there in care homes nursing homes vaccinating as many people as possible unbelievable. We can do this if we all work together.
