I had a phone call with doctor Sheldon who was very rude, dismissive and kept talking over me when trying to explain what was wrong to the point where she made me cry because I felt helpless and couldn’t speak. I also had rung the surgery on Friday asking for a call back from a doctor and spoke with Dr Dixon who asked for photos to be sent and I was told she would look at them and speak with another doctor and get back to me, I waited all day for a call off the doctor with no luck, at 4 pm I rung the surgery to be told that if he doctor said they would call back they would before 6pm.. come 6pm still no call so I rung back to find that the surgery was closed and not open until the following Tuesday! Not only did I feel forgotten about I had to have time off work due to not being treated and suffered all weekend. Tuesday I rung the doctors again and was told to send more pictures after explaining I had sent photos on the Friday the doctor told me she couldn’t locate them then she managed to find them.. I asked for a repeat prescription and was told it would be sent over ASAP as i had been waiting all weekend.. I went to pick up my prescription to find out that it had not been sent so I had to then go back to the doctors again to be told it would be sent.. after going back to the chemist and picking up my prescription I found the main item I requested hadn’t been prescribed which I specifically asked for on the phone. I rung the surgery again to explain and got told the item I had asked for a repeat of (Apro Derm) for wasn’t needed and for myself to use other cream I previously had..(steroid cream) I explained that the information given just was completely different to the information last given from doctor Sheldon which was to apply Apro Derm every 30 mins and not to use the steroid cream longer than 10 days.. both doctors advised completely different!!! So now not only have I been waiting since Friday for treatment it is now Wednesday and I am still waiting for treatment. I feel completely forgotten about and neglected and let down by the whole surgery. |

The last 4 times I've rang I've been first in the crew the entire time and been calling for over an hour and once for 2hrs 13 mins!!
Almost impossible to get results, book appointments and talk to any member of staff via telephone. |
