The staff are always very courteous and helpful at all times, and in most cases go the extra mile to acheive this. Very professional. You never have to wait long for appointments, and always seen, by a doctor if an emergency arises. The doctors in this practice are always very friendly and helpful. You are made to feel relaxed, at all times, therefore you gain confidence in them. All in all a well run practice | ||||||

I have been a patient for a while now, and every time i have dealt with the surgery, i have had second to none care. I feel the practice overall is a fantastic credit to such a rural town, and the employees are so very helpful. The surgery is always very welcoming and clean. All three GP's are brilliant and will go out of their way to help you. The nurses are very hard working and deliver excellent service every time no matter what you are being seen for. They offer other services which have helped me in the past, and i have been very grateful of this. Overall, i would definatley, recommend this surgery to family and friends. | ||||||

I feel Longtown Medical Practice is a brilliant surgery, all the staff and Doctors are very welcoming and understanding. reception staff are all pleaseant and helpful. The Doctors and Nurses are all good at making you feel comfortable while in consultation and they listen to what you have to say and are good at explainging everything to you should you not understand. | ||||||
