I did the econsult, ring for an appointment it said. I did and a doctor rang back. He made me an appointment for 3.30 that day with a different doctor. I arrived at St Paul’s at 3.25. The auto sign in didn’t work so I went to reception, gave my details and she said sit over there. I sat for an hour, things were moving slowly. I went back to the receptionist, she asked for my details again, after 5minutes she said “sorry I haven’t booked you in, can I have your details again“. 10 minutes later I went in to see the doctor. He was good. Pity it all took over an hour and a half. |
