My husband and myself have been under the care of Spencer St Surgery for many years now and have no complaints about the service we receive. I myself have many health issues and I am always treated with care and respect.. The Dr usually looks after me and she is brilliant . Reception staff are very helpful too(some more than others) but no real complaint. Keep up the good work, you are doing a great job.Many thanks from both of us . | ||||||

I signed up to this doctors after moving into Carlisle, at the time I was ill and they helped me rush the application so that I could get a doctors appointment and get treated that week.
I always get an appointment in the same week whenever I need one. I usually use the online service to book an appointment and it is reasonably easy to use.
I always get listened to by all the doctors and I feel listened to and instructed correctly.
I have seen a number of the nurses and they are very friendly and good at what they do.
All my friends that live in Carlisle are at other practices and they have shocking stories of how they are treated and how long it takes to get an appointment, so on that basis I would recommend and have recommended this surgery to all my friends and colleagues. | ||||||

Excellent friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Superb doctors who talk through care plans, medications, treatments. Very respectful and courteous at all times. Would recommend this surgery and lovely Pixie who welcomes all patients. Lovely to have a resident dog at the surgery. | ||||||
