The worst GP or service provide in the world. You will have to take a day off to do to the surgery for a repeat prescription. They do not have any e-mail address to contact. For most GP's in my area the pharmacies can request replete prescription but not with the these people. |

Over the years I have had my grumbles with the doctors but yesterday I was very impressed with their level of service. There was an issue over some test results for a close relative who was very distressed about the potential outcome and asked me to speak to the surgery. I did and spoke to the receptionist who was very sensitive about the issue and was able to provide me with the information to reassure my relative. Very grateful ! |

Worst gp which I have ever gone to. Never manage to get an appointment even if I queue up an hour before opening. Their telephone helpline is completely useless, they leave you in a queue for hours to the point where they make you call the next day because you are ‘calling out of hours’ EVEN THOUGH you called hours before the shut. Telephone appointments with them are a disaster. Every single time I have had a telephone appointment with them they ALWAYS manage to call me atleast 1hr 30mins late and have never ever apologised for being late. Incompetent people working there and a horrendous surgery. These doctors have managed to mess up so many of my prescriptions to the point where I have had to go up to a week without my medication. Do better ! |
