Been abused and taken advantage of my vulnerability by the practice staff and clinicians. Clinicians lack medical knowledge and etiquette. Practice manager is rude, abrupt and self-righteous. The attitude of all Pollard row staff and how they treat their patients with contempt is worrying and very concerning. The place needs to be shut down and these people should never be involved in patient care again! | ||||||

All the staff here have always been kind, caring and polite. I have had a number of significant health problems and couldn’t want for a better GP practice than the team at Pollard Row as they’re all absolutely superb! | ||||||

The English lady on the phone is a so rude and won’t help me with my problem. They need to get rid of her. I don’t have a problem with other receptionist but just the English lady stupid incompetent necompoop!! | ||||||
