Appalling booking system. Been trying to get an appointment. As requested by the doctor for my blood pressure for 2 weeks. I’m at a loss at what to do Receptionist are unsympathetic and their advice is phone 111 Surely if the doctor needs to see me then the receptionist should be trying to help not playing god !!!! | ||||||
