I have never seen such a horrible surgery in my life. For the past 2 years we have been with this surgery. Till now dont know how to book appointment with them. Never answered for the phone call properly nor can visit in person to get appointment. Doctor is good. Reaching to the doctor is a big challenge. | ||||||

Doctors are great. The waiting times to speak to someone is not even unacceptable its shocking that this is even happening. Waiting times of constantly 1 hour plus ! the receptionist are like oh well sorry. Plus why you need to tell the receptionist your personal details is beyond me | ||||||

I actually would go so far as to say that this medical practice is glad there is a pandemic so they have an excuse not to answer their phone and divert people to econsult where they can then filter through whatever consults they see relevant. This isn’t fair, As patients we aren’t want a face to face service or if that isn’t possible then at least the ability to speak to a doctor. If you’re not going to pick up the phone then why even have a phone in the first place ? | ||||||
