Disorganised disinterested and unsympathetic staff. My consultant at Treliske kindly expedited medication for me by sending it to the surgery last week. We were called to collect two items this week separately though they were sent together. Today I discover after a total of an hour holding on the phone to get through to the Stennack that the key medication sent a week ago by post had been sitting at the surgery all the time my husband had called in twice. A third journey is necessary now to collect it as it is urgent. Lack of diligence and care. Very disappointed. | ||||||

Very disappointed by what is classified as an outstanding surgery. Disorganised, unhelpful and uninterested. I had medication sent to me by a consultant at the hospital to the surgery because I need it promptly. Instead we were called to collect it in piecemeal fashion and one item was entirely overlooked causing me to hold for over an hour on the phone to get through to the surgery to enquire its whereabouts. It had been sitting there all the time my husband called by to collect two other items one by one. Unacceptable. Disorganised and unreliable. | ||||||

This doctors are amazing they always go the extra mile to help you from the reception staff to the doctors/nurses/hcas/ trainee doctors you all do an amazing job. My doctor hugh savage he always makes sure I fully understand what he's telling me he will spend extra time talking to me and making sure I'm fully understood on my meds My treatment etc he's just amazing. Thank you so so much. | ||||||
