Since Dr Sarah Brittle has arrived at Hanley Road, the service received has become exceptional, not only does she listen to patient concerns and queries, her referrals are fast and efficient. I feel very confident that I can discuss my expectations for treatment and know that I have not been given false hope. I can talk about my medication and discuss what options are best for me without judgement, she is dependable, approachable and pleasant, something I greatly value considering how overworked our health service is. Thank You |

Receptionist very helpful but nurse and Gp advice very poor and not given correct Imformation about care on Nhs and was told to go private and always different GP there needs a lot off improvement on it care and treatment available for patients |

wonderful staff. incredibly efficient and effective care and treatment provided. in-depth consultations conducted over the phone and directed to the right person for the right treatment. I've received all the necessary treatment and investigations within hours of contacting the practice (even when that means sending me to the hospital for a secondary service) multiple times. Wonderful practice. Phone consultations and follow-ups make access to treatment so much easier, especially when its difficult to get out the house |
