I have been a local in this area for years, me and my family have always had a good experience at ravenswood, although waiting times are not great, they are not unbelievable. This is a big practice but is still very person centred. Have had two appointments recently with nurses and two GP phone consultations. The nurses were so lovely and I feel I received very good advice. GP’s were kind and efficient and reception staff were great. In such difficult times, getting over Covid, I am very reassured by my experience. Thank you. | ||||||

The receptionists are extremely rude. The process for getting anything is lengthy and ridiculous. Awful surgery - DO NOT RECOMMEND! | ||||||
