Been with doctor for a while now and in past been on a hole quite good but just laterly feel like they can't be bothered and yes know we have covid but can't keep putting everything down that, new telephone service is useless, easier to get in car and go up to make appointment only to be told you have to ring 8am to book telephone appointment, and wait 3-4 weeks to get to see your doctor because can't tell you how many times I've had to explain all illness to stand in as can't see my own, some of old staff very helpful but newer ones not very wellcome and I was told by one if you don't like it move doctors, at end off day all I would like is to find out why iam feel so low and empty and updated mot on my other illness, just feel so let down by them | ||||||

Complete waste of time ive been with them over 20 years and its just always gone down hill, id be better off going to the vets and just getting put down instead of wasting more time with these incompetent doctors and them trying to deal with my pain and everything else | ||||||

Excellent patient care and support . I've always found all of the medical staff. Doctors. Nurses to be very efficient and Consciousness. Receptionist staff always willing to help. I can only give credit where credit is due. Not another practice like this for miles. Excellent.!! | ||||||
