Good morning, my name is Claudia, I was born on 08.10.1986 and I attended the appointment for blood tests for the test on 06.03.2023 and on 08.03.2023 in March at the family doctor, I came to all the programs and when I I came to the family doctor when I was scheduled on 27.03.2023, I was present at 08:00 when I was scheduled that day and I was told that I am no longer in the system, I had given all my data to the family doctor, I am waiting to tell me the results, to call me, but I don't have it, I left my phone number to call me, but please call me on Monday, I leave you my phone number 07469366754, I haven't moved the doctor from family Clover Health Center also there I was satisfied with them and I want to stay with them if it is possible for you to call me on Monday I do not know how to speak English I am Romanian and if it is possible you can give me a translator | ||||||

Over the past two years I have had endless problems with this surgery.
I spend an average of 20mins on hold before I get an answer. I have been on hold for over 40mins on several occasions.
There have been an endless number of mistakes with my prescription to which the receptionists always try to blame someone else, even when I can 100% confirm the mistake is their end.
Receptionists say different things to each other and come across rude, as though they know more about your condition than you or the doctor. They have offered information and advice incorrectly on more than one occasion.
I rarely see the doctors and on occasions when I have the doctors themselves have been professional and competent. The issue is with how the surgery is run and the receptionists. Finally found a new doctors near by that will take me. | ||||||
