Rude and agressive staff, no appointments to see Dr's, inefficiency and incompetence rife. When they are in the wrong they go to any lenghts to blame the patient. There is absolutely no care, no empathy and having not seen a Dr in over 3 years when I have Diabetes and a chronic longstanding health condition, i feel totally let down and frightened for my ongoing care. | ||||||

How this place come out of special measures? I do not know, the service is disgusting, waiting on the phone for hours, can not get appointments, it needs shuting down ASAP and the staff need to go on a long walk down the nearest pier............. | ||||||

They cancelled my appointment with 30 minutes notice??? then had the cheek to say phone back for another appointment, called back, I was number 40 on the line??? this place is a disgrace and needs closing down ASAP................. | ||||||
