This surgery is outstanding in every aspect. The receptionists are polite and efficient. I am always able to get an appointment in a reasonable time frame. The care shown by the doctors and staff goes above and beyond expectations. This team is well run and it shows. | ||||||

I have been registered at the surgery for nearly 30 years and have always received a very high level of care from all members of the surgery. I especially appreciate the recent addition of an in-house physio service that I have been able to use on several occasions. Thank you to all GPs and admin staff. I think we must have one of the best surgeries in the UK, judging by the derogatory comments people make in the press about how difficult it is to get an appointment. I have always found it easy to get an appointment when I wanted it, including booking in advance, phoning up on the day and even going into the surgery itself to speak to someone. Being able to book both appointments and order prescriptions online is an excellent service. All GPs, without exception, have treated me with care and dignity and I can't thank them enough for this.
