Was seen by an Advanced Health Care Practitioner who quite frankly had an issue with the patient in this case being from an ethnic minority background. He spoke to me in a dismissive manner and falsely diagnosed my Baker's Cyst for a hamstring injury, even though I had torn my ACL. Laura McClean, the practice manager decided to back the inept and rude practitioner, which demonstrates she herself is not fit to manage a practice that clearly does not treat all patients fairly. I saw a doctor two weeks afterwards who was brilliant and helpful, which was reassuring. I am in the process to having Mike and Laura struck off. |

Re my prescription request, does anyone there actually read the information provided? I require cocodamol, 30mg codeine, 500mg paracetamol! NOT more of the ineffective 10mg... This level of painkiller has been discussed with Dr. Domek, who is dealing with my knee problems, and arranged my MRI scan. I have no idea why his advice is being ignored now! Kindly send me a text when you have sent the appropriate prescription, or a DETAILED explanation why not! I will take this further, your surgery has refused treatment 3times now, for different conditions, ENOUGH! |

I recently found out that I require IVF for a genetic cancer predisposition. I am having treatment in London and the practice was more than willing to provide these for me locally. |
