Without doubt the best doctors surgery we have belonged to. All the staff take their time and you never feel rushed. I've visited 4 doctors, two nurses and the community midwife and would highly recommend them all for their patient care. The reception staff are very professsional and never ask you to explain what is wrong before booking an appointment. We will be disappointed if we ever move and have to leave this surgery. I have recently moved to the area so joined Hingham Surgery, I was very worried after being with the same GP for 20 years. I have seen 3 of the Doctors at Hingham Surgery and 1 of the nurses and they are all just wonderful. In actual fact they all went above and beyond as i initially went in for a basic health check and wasnt expecting so much to come from it. All the staff i have seen so far have been so friendly and will take the time you need to talk through things. I really like how they call you in as nowadays its all computerised it makes it feel more personalised. The surgery is so good i even managed to pursuade my partner to join who hasnt been to a GP in over 10 years. Reply from Hingham Surgery Thu, 07 Dec 2017 11:31:34 Z We appreciate your feedback |

We registered with this surgery four months ago, having moved house from a neighbouring town. The difference in service has astounded us, with appointment availability being the biggest positive.
Our lengthy repeat prescriptions were recorded efficiently and despatched to the nearby chemist without delay. Our long term health conditions have been reviewed and excellent support given by the nursing team.
The GPs take time to listen, advise and action accordingly. Seeing a GP of your choice is easily done and the online booking service offers plenty of options.
It is, quite simply, how a GP surgery should operate. But it is a sad reflection of the times that it is rare to find one that delivers such excellent service on all levels. Reply from Hingham Surgery Thu, 07 Dec 2017 11:31:03 Z Thank you for your feedback |
