I rung up at 8am in the morning wanting to see a doctor, after half an hour of trying i eventually got through and asked for an appointment, i was then asked by the secretary why i wanted an appointment, what was the nature of my complaint! i told them it was personal and could i please have an appointment, i got one but what was all that about? |

My only complaint would be trying to get through on the telephone as they open. They always switch the phone on a few minutes late, making it quite frustrating. The receptionists are always very helpful and friendly.
The practice nurse is a lovely lady and all the Doctors I have seen are polite, understanding and an absolute credit to the nhs and it's ethos. I have recommended the practice to many people already and will continue to do so. |
