This GP surgery was brilliant till I was assigned a certain dr who has made me feel so belittled and that I’m a nuisance, I have several conditions and feel like I am being treat with utter disrespect and they have even got a colleague to call me with the same indecency. I am now utterly distressed and don’t feel I can talk to anymore Drs, I don’t want to be made to feel I’m a drain or nuisance. I felt like I had someone on my side and now I feel utterly alone I taken off all my medications and left in agony I never thought Drs could be like this. The best GP my husband and I have ever had. Given that we are over 70, we've had quite a few GP's over the years. The GP we see is totally professional and brilliant at making diagnoses. He is really on the ball and efficient at referring to relevant consultant when necessary. He listens very carefully and involves the patient fully in the prescribed treatment. He has a kind and caring disposition.
We won't move away from Bury St Edmunds while he remains at the Guildhall and Barrow surgery! | ||||||

I have longterm chroinic illness that makes it difficult for me to get out and I Had a very bad bout of IBS and the doctors were very helpful by telephone getting prescriptions written and delivered to me within hours which was much appriciated thankyou Dr's 5 Stars service | ||||||
