I always find the GPs really caring and professional . No , you can’t always get an appointment when you need one , but think of the thousands of people who want to see them . It’s understandable really . I usually do e consult and someone always gets back to me . One day I called them 12. 30 and I was number 1 in the cue . It took over an hour for someone to answer . I asked if they had a lunch break. Oh no came the reply , we’re here until 6 ??. Also , I always get referred to hospital very quickly , or get the treatment I need , which is very reassuring . I’ve been coming here a long time and I have no intentions of going elsewhere. |

It is impossible to get any medical service; everything pushes you to eConsult, which promises call backs but they NEVER happen. So you cannot get any contact with a GP; the phone line has a wait of hours. It is appalling |
