My wife has been registered with this surgery since August 2021 & up to recently was fairly happy with care she was receiving, then out of the blue in late December they say they are dropping her & giving her 14 days notice to find a new surgery right before Xmas, when she has a suspected miscarriage, which they know about..! Awefull service from a surgery, best avoided unless you want a nightmare like us..! :-( |

Getting through to the surgery on the phone can take a while (due to high demand) and I have been kept waiting to see the doctor on occasion (although I only ever visit for non-urgent things) but I have always found the nursing staff to be fantastic! I've visited with my kids and by myself and the nurses always put me right at ease. Immunisations, smear tests, etc. You know you are in good hands. They are really friendly and approachable but professional. A great team! Reply from Mount Farm Surgery Wed, 08 Nov 2017 08:59:11 Z Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your valued feedback. I am sorry that you have sometimes had to wait during busy periods, either on the telephone or in the surgery, and can assure you that we do monitor waiting times and are constantly striving to ensure they are kept to a minimum. Thank you for your kind comments regarding the practice team, and in particular the nursing team - I will ensure that I share your kind comments with them, and am sure they will be gratefully received! |

My wife and I moved into the area a year ago and have found the Mount Farm welcoming and efficient. My first appointment presenting with a serious symptom was dealt with with great sensitivity. My NHS hospital appointment was made for the West Suffolk within 48 hours. From GP's surgery to seeing my cancer on the screen in 2 days.
Just the process of answering administrative enquiries or arranging an appointment has been made so easy by the helpful and friendly reception and office staff. Reply from Mount Farm Surgery Tue, 26 Sep 2017 12:37:35 +0100 Thank you for your kind comments regarding our practice and staff.
