At first point of contact, the telephone! This type of service is fine for those able to be up and around at 08:00 or indeed not already at work to make an appointment. Totally unsuitable in this day and age when you are ill that day? If I phone for an emergency appointment with the Dr I don’t have the will to hang on the phone for 30 minutes to be told sorry phone back tomorrow!! Please could this be changed? Staff are happy to help and never have a problem. Dr’s are a different breed? Some listen some help some hinder but I generally take the advice and they are all accommodating and keep me updated with tests etc. Nurses are all lovely they are the ones who really look after people and treat them as individuals and they remember you too! Prescriptions and pharmacy never get things wrong and always get my scripts sorted quickly and on time if monthly repeats all done online. Recently a new eye service for diabetes was performed here which saves me a 50 mile round trip to Ipswich! Big Bonus!! All in all I’m happy with the surgery but a couple of LARGE and TALL chairs wouldn’t go amiss TY | ||||||

Absolutely impossible to get through in the mornings, they need an upgrade of their phone systems! Especially as there are now more people in Framlingham. 9/10 times you will get through to find there are no appointments left Reply from Framlingham Surgery Wed, 10 Jul 2019 11:43:13 +0100 We are terribly sorry for the problems you have encountered trying to contact the surgery. We would like to assure patients that we are always looking to improve access to the surgery. We have pre-bookable appointments available online and in addition, we are actively looking at improving our telephone system. | ||||||

Thank you for the excellent service that Framlingham Surgery has provided me, more especially my wife and also my two children over the past year!
