Very poor GP service, no customer care, or support with coming off my anti-depressant. At its previous location this was a very caring, and well respected surgery. How times have changed! | ||||||

Iam fortunate in that for the majority of my time in Woodbridge I have not needed the services the medical profession.When needed however I have found all concerned to be polite and efficient,there are times when an appointment is not immediately available but tthat is To be expected of a practice that provides such a wide range of services as FramfieldHouse. Having said that , over the past 18 months I have need for more frequent contact.My GP has ensured that I have received the appropriate treatment,more importantly has dealt with me in a very empathetic manner-for example by simply looking at the patient during the appolntment.I would also like to take the opportunity to give praise to Ipswich Hospital
