Bungay medical practice offers excellent patient care The practice is run efficiently and I am able to access care when I need it for both myself and my children most of the time. Reception staff are helpful friendly and efficient. If you have a complex problem they are ever ready to try to problem solve. Drs , nurses and associate healthcare providers such as the pharmarcist at the practice offer patient centered consultations, listen empathetically and treat holistically. They are completely on top of all aspects of patient healthcare such as medication and annual chronic illness reviews. Bungay medical practice is in short an exceptional practice thanks to the dedicated caring staff that run the service. I am most grateful and feel very privileged to be one of their patients. | ||||||

Yet again another hopeless attempt of patience care, booked a blood test at Bungay medical center, you phoned me to change the appointment to Beccles Hospital when I arrive they have no forms from Bungay Medical Centre so saying the appointment never took place , this is the second time I have had problems getting a blood test, last time you wanted me to wait a month for a blood test ?? may I suggest the person in charge of this practice should step down from there job if you cant even perform such a simple task of a blood test !!! God Help the health care of Bungay residents | ||||||

I have unfortunately found out first hand how bad Bungay medical centre is all the bad reviews are true . If you have to wait one month for a blood test there is some serious problems with the practice | ||||||
