I have been under 2 surgeries previous to Chesterfield Drive and have to say how polite and officiant this surgery is. Receptionists are respectful and helpful at all times compared to most other surgeries and the surgery as a whole keeps on top of things with regards to reviewing medication and reminders. Thank you for giving me faith in GP surgeries once again. | ||||||

I've only just registered with surgery and have a number of health issues but the surgery have been very responsive and are getting me sorted out. I have to commend the receptionists for their friendly and professional attitude. I was a bit apprehensive about registering after reading the reviews on this site but from my experience so far I have absolutely no complaints, only praise, for the attention I have received. Trying to get the glaucoma clinic at Ipswich hospital and the people who issue prescriptions at the practice to communicate is like banging your head against a brick wall and any concern about patients well being is at the bottom of the pile.
