I received a text on my mobile today requesting I contact the surgery following my annual check up from last week. as I was near to the surgery I went personally and the receptionist who was helpful stated that the nurse just wanted to check that I had no stomach irritation from some medication I take regularly. She was very helpful and then explained that I had not had a full blood count for some time even though I have had a recent blood test. This was useful in view of the regular medication I take. I asked if it could be done immediately as I had just turned up and although there were appointments there was a nurse free who could take blood sample immediately. This was done by one of the nurses who was very gentle taking the sample and I left the surgery within minutes of arrival. i could not have had better service if I was a private patient or had my own nursing staff. Fantastic. | ||||||

I have never been a person who visits the GP often thankfully but at the beginning of 2018 I became very ill. Admittedly, it took a few visits before I was finally admitted to hospital but in hindsight it was a difficult illness to diagnose from the beginning. Through all of these GP visits the receptionist always managed to get me an urgent appointment. Also, in my experience the receptionists are nothing but helpful. The Nurse Practitioner was amazing. She always made me feel comfortable and that nothing was too much trouble. She was also very thorough and still monitors me through this extremely difficult time. I've also had to visit the nurses regularly through the year and I can't thank them enough for the kind attention they gave me. They were so friendly, informative and again, made me feel really comfortable giving me the upmost care and attention. | ||||||

Can’t thank the lady on reception enough for helping me get my prescription for some ear drops. This was on thurs 1st aug in the afternoon. I received a text saying what I required was out of stock, but I rang the pharmacy who tell me they have what I require, so I went in and asked if I could get prescription and the lovely lady sorted it for me there and then. | ||||||
