GP surgeries so often get bad press, you can’t get an appointment, people are grumpy etc.. but my recent experience has been very different indeed. I am not a patient at this surgery but my Mum is and she has been pretty poorly lately meaning I have had to contact the surgery on many occasions. Everytime I have phoned I have been met by a very polite, very caring and completely on the ball person!, I have been left each time with the feeling that they must think I am someone special because the treatment I have received has been second to none. Of course I am not someone special , just a normal concerned daughter. They must treat everyone like this. Each time I have needed help I have got it and pretty quickly either from a duty doctor or my Mums own GP. The treatment has been amazing and has in turn really made me feel that we are in good hands. Gives me confidence to keep going, knowing I have a support network around me caring for my Mum. Couldn’t recommend this surgery more. Thank you, all of you!, |

After consulting a pharmacist on the symptoms I had I contacted the surgery and within a few hours had had a telephone call from a GP and a prescription to treat infection. All aspects of the telephone consultation were thorough and as a patient I felt listened to. When collecting my prescription the staff at reception were very helpful and the pharmacy processed it quickly. I have always received excellent care from this Practice. |
