This surgery for some reason and at some point has become no use for patients with serious ongoing issues. They are never fully investigated so you are left with multiple medical problems that makes your life miserable. The GPs all except 1 are surly, condescending and appear not interested. A bad service, bad attitude and it would appear with no urgency to help distressed patients quickly enough. Shocking. | ||||||

I have been with this practice all my life and never known it so bad I phoned on Thursday told to phone back Friday if no improvement, Friday shambolic 1st call after 8.30 only dealing with emergencies was told call back after 10.30 we'll get some more appointments by then 2nd call 10.35 still only emergency 3rd call 11.30 sorry nothing until Tuesday try 1st thing in the morning,I'm now day 5 feeling poorly can't eat feeling sick | ||||||

I have been so impressed, since joining this practice two years ago, with the service I have received. Since the Pandemic I have had two “real” appointments with a Nurse and five with a Doctor, in addition to telephone calls. The Receptionists are very polite and extremely helpful and the Doctors very re-assuring. I don’t know anyone who has received such service from their GP Practice. | ||||||
