This practice is not at all patient orientated Getting a face to face an impossible task They get a GP to call you or you send a picture to them and then they decide if it's worth while seeing you They give medication out over the phone with out seeing you first not a good practice at all as Irs been proved in the past when my partner was receiving treatment wrong medication given to her So in a nutshell not a good medical practice Stars out of 10 a big 0 | ||||||

i mrs walker would like to thank the nurse practitioner for her kindness and obvious sensitivity as she did my health check up she was as good as my psychiatrist in perceiving my general shyness i felt so at ease with her and was gentle back it was a very positive experience | ||||||

Doctors are generally pleasant and supporting of their patients (in the slim chance you ever get to see one), however the practise is hugely let down by the rude and condenscending receptionists who answer calls and deal with face to face interactions. From reading similar reviews, now over many years, I would have expected the management to intervene with either customer service training or monitoring the conduct of these individuals and then employing more qualified persons to handle their patients. This unfortunately is not the case. I would not be surprised if patients in need of serious help have missed critical opportunities accessing GPs at Whinhill due the receptionists conduct and the relentless pursuit for them to diagnose you and utlimatelty get you off their back, at the very earliest opportunity. Demand to see a doctor and avoid a 111 and 999 call when its much too late. | ||||||
