I called the surgery to register was told to register on line and when I did so was met with so much obstacles it would not let me submit my application form, why can't I just pick up an app form at surgery when I live 10 mins away from them, | ||||||

I made a call to the practice in the morning and received a call back in the afternoon. The doctor patiently heard what the problem was and spoke me through what was possibly going on. I received a prescription and support which has sorted everything out for me.its difficult in these times,but I think the practice does try to help. if you can log into their email there’s help on it. | ||||||
