Denburn Medical Practice

This is the worst medical practice I have seen in my entire life . I called denburn medical practice and said I have been suffering from bacterial tonsillitis from 2-4 weeks and been using medicines alot by finishing 2-3 boxes of ibuprofen 2 bottles of covonia syrup 2 boxes of ibuprofen and few sprays which is not helping me at all. And the doctors says see in the mirror and tell me what is their in your throat. Kindly iam not a doctor to understand what I can see. She asked me cough on phone and said no u don't have any issues it's just a throat pain. I don't understand what she heard from my cough sound. Iam not happy at all with the services provided. If not she atleast should have given me an appointment and checked what's happening because I have been suffering from 2-3 weeks.. I have been taking around 12 tablets everyday for pain relief and getting rid of this. Because of which i have to get medicines from my home country. What do doctors expect? Is it like they don't want to give medicine in the first stage and wait until it goes to infection? Are doctors lazy in this country so that they don't check patients and just talk on phone and say you are good by hearing cough sounds? Please I need an answer Thank you
