My wife who is wheelchair bound attended the nurse this morning the receptionist that booked us in was very helpful and pleasant no problems in communication.After the nurse appointment we went back to reception as my wife had a querry around her medication the girl that seen her this time was we felt was rather rude, she said she could'nt hear my wafe and to get closer to the window,as she was in a wheelchair she could'nt get any closer my wife has never had a problem in the past with any of the receptionists making out what she was saying, in the end the girl said to my wife get your partner to speak to me as I can't hear you,we felt the way she said it was rather rude,just wonder what the outcome would be if we were as rude .I think the girl needs to improve on her communication skills.
