No mental health support and one GP even told someone to have a stiff upper lip and get on with it. GP partners come and go regularly. Reception staff and nurses are great though. Agree with the other review, the online system is only open for 30 minutes a day now. The wait time for a consultation with a GP is 2-3 weeks after that initial online conversation. | ||||||

Can't get through until mid day when all appointments are gone and they'll then only see 'emergencies'. Staff don't care and are very rude. I've previously spent the best part of a week constantly phoning them to get nessicary medication before it ran out. Had to leave it until I'd taken the last one before they'd put me down for a call from a gp just to have a call off a nurse. The online appointment booking is always closed due to 'reached a safe capacity' even when they've only just opened. It's a very half assed service provided by the staff in the whole of aman tawe partnership, not simply one practice. There is a severe lack of communication and professionalism | ||||||
