The New Surgery

When you actually get to speak or see one of the doctors, they are very pleasant and helpful. But the receptionists at this surgery are some of the most rudest and most disrespectful people I have come across. This is speaking from experience over a 4 year period and multiple different receptionists. Ultimately, this attitude, which goes across most of them, must come from the top in that they are obviously either allowed or encouraged to behave in this way as it isn't just one or two that display this behaviour. As they are the 'front door', this makes dealing with this surgery very unpleasant. Maybe, that is their goal.
