My Mother lives alone and has always been very independent. She has a regular one hour visit at lunch time from a member of Inter-County Care team and also has a two hour visit per week where they support my mother to go out to the local shops to assist her to do her shopping.
The team visiting is usually small and this means my mother has got to know them and value the company and supervision given. The excellent work been done by this company has given us the peace of mind to enable my mother to stay at home and live independently, the way that she wishes to do I cannot praise the staff enough.
We have always found the Inter-County Care Team to be very supportive and try their best to meet our mothers requirements. I would not hesitate in recommending this care company |

I cannot fault the sensitive skilled and professional way these carers have supported a fiercely independent lady with mild dementia and slowly but surely gained her trust and developed a life enhancing relationship with her. The burden of constant concern has been lifted from family members who are a distance away. We are able to enjoy our regular visits to our mum and have time for our own lives. The care managers have been very supportive to family members as well and are on hand day and night. Thank you so much. |

I am a social worker from another local authority and requested support for a young person I worked with who had particular medical needs. Inter-County were able to quickly get involved with the case; there was good communication throughout and they have been nothing but professional when dealing with them. The regional managers have been excellent and the young person has liked the staff employed to work with them. I have found the service (particularly the regional manager) to be reliable and proactive in managing any concerns raised and challenges. It has meant that we have felt very confident that our young person has been in safe and caring hands. My Colleague has taken over the case but I have been kept informed and understand the care given has remained of a very high standard. |
