I am very pleased to have the opportunity of providing my opinion of the excellent care that you and your colleagues have provided for my wife over the last 4 months. I have been very impressed and thankful for the quality and thoroughness of your work and for the very pleasant and professional way in which you go about it. You and your regular members of your staff have all formed close relationships with with my wife and she looks forward to seeing you everyday. We very much appreciate the detailed personal care which you provide, the general health advice that you give at appropriate times and your punctuality despite heavy traffic and a full timetable of appointments at the busy times of the day. We also value the flexibility you show when we request a different time from your daily visit on the occasions my wife has, for instance a hospital appointment. Thanks are due to you and to each of your care colleagues for all that you have done to my wife which has contributed to the improvement in her health over the last four months or so. Alan
